Kundalini Reiki is different from Usui Reiki. It channels in a different direction, focusing on the lower chakras and balancing Kundalini Energy. In my experience, it has been helpful when channelled towards issues such as grounding, correcting an abrupt Kundalini Awakening, fears, phobias and obsessions and compulsions. I have even used the attunements as treatments.

Kundalini Reiki is also more intuitive, not relying on the use of symbols. However, you are welcome to use symbols if you wishi. It is not necessary to be a Usui or other Reiki Master in order to be attuned and there are three levels to receive a Reiki Master Diploma and 6 optional "Booster" attunements. Imara Reiki is touted to be a Reiki Degree that is higher that a Usui Reiki Master Degree. The name means "More Reiki". One has to be already attuned as a Reiki Master (Kundalini, Usui, or Karuna) in order to take the Imara Reiki course. It is one attunement and some may report a cleansing reaction afterwards.

Imara Reiki, like Kundalni Reiki, doesnt rely on the use of symbols. Also, like Kundalni Reiki, the attunement process is much simpler than Usui Reiki. When channeling Imara Reiki, yourself or your more intuitive clients might see an oriental guide or an energy spiral that resembles a whirlwind. I have been amazed clients have seen this without knowing anything about Imara Reiki or that I was using it. It has definitely changed my belief that all Reiki's are the same. Many client also reported the channeled energy felt stronger. I cannot make guarantees however as I was combining other approaches, like EFT. While I do attunements for the Usui Reiki Levels, I only have Online Manuals right now which you can view and learn more at http://www.light-reiki.co.uk/contents.htm. It is also recommended that this course is taken in person, so you can get the full effect, so if you can find an inperson course that is affordable, that would be ideal. If in the ottawa Area, I highly recommend Julie Desmarias who also teaches Holographic Healing. This course is attunements only without a diploma.

This is a very thorough distance online healing course. It was developed out of a channeling and consists of methods for channeling healing energy and using symbols (geometric shapes) , color and light to heal the energy field. It discusses all the layers of the energy field, what they look like and how to perceive them as well as information on chakras, the energy body and all the defects that can occur. It teaches you different methods for aura viewing -- passing of hands, empathy, psychic sight (in the mind), viewing with the eyes -- and how to combine all of these and strengthen your intuitive abilities. There is a meditation manual included. Unlike Reiki, which does its own thing without much thought or focus, Chios does involve technique, intent, visualization and focus to heal and treat defects within the energy field.

This is a course created to meet inquiries about how I combine EFT into my energy work practice and the many requests for a course. It combines Kundalini Reiki Attunements and manuals with EFT instruction and options for using the EFT with the Reiki Energy. It shows methods for how to use the EFT with the Reiki to clear energy blockages, chakras, cords and attachments is included as well as certain Energy Medicine balancing techniques.
